In the construction of the walls of our cottages, exclusively natural Ukrainian materials were used: wood, straw, clay and sand.
This is the first completed project in Ukraine, implemented using the unique 100% technology of autonomy and energy independence (actual solid fuel heating, electricity generation and water supply).

Looking for a place to book a cottage near Kiev for your vacation? We invite you to enjoy your vacation in our eco-cottages located in the picturesque Yasnohorodka, not far from Kiev. Our modern complex of eco-cottages with 16 rooms is ideal for daily rental and even for long-term rental, both for regular outdoor recreation and for rental for birthdays, private celebrations and corporate parties, offering comfort and coziness in the midst of nature. From now on, you can spend a weekend, a week, or more, in stylish eco-cottages created on the principles of bioclimatic construction. It is cozy here, smells of wood and feels natural homely warmth, regardless of the season or weather conditions.
Main characteristics of an eco-house:
Arrangement: only 30 km from Kyiv provides quick and convenient access.
Number of beds: Номери мають двоспальне ліжко, отже стандартна місткість – це 2 дорослих та 1 дитина (якщо спить з дорослими), що входить у вартість (в тому числі безкоштовне відвідування басейну 2 дорослих + 1 дитина).
Додатково в номері є розкладний диван, що дає змогу ще одного додаткового дитячого спального місця за доплату 500 грн + якщо буде користування басейном – додатково оплата за 1 квиток в басейн. Таким чином максимальна місткість номера: 2 дорослих + 2 дитини (1 дитина за додаткову плату)
