A few details
In the construction of the walls of our cottages, exclusively natural Ukrainian materials were used: wood, straw, clay and sand.
This is the first completed project in Ukraine, implemented using the unique 100% technology of autonomy and energy independence (actual solid fuel heating, electricity generation and water supply).

Until 3:00 PM on the day of check-in For guests staying in the complex, until the time of official check-in, a special rate applies for visiting the pool - 50% from the standard rate according to the current price list, and after 12.00 on the day of eviction use swimming pool complex is paid according to standard rates in price lists and are not included in the cost of accommodation, i.e. free access to the pool only during the check-in period – from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure!

Looking for a place to book a cottage near Kiev for your vacation? We invite you to enjoy your vacation in our eco-cottages located in the picturesque Yasnohorodka, not far from Kiev. Our modern complex of eco-cottages with 16 rooms is ideal for daily rental and even for long-term rental, both for regular outdoor recreation and for rental for birthdays, private celebrations and corporate parties, offering comfort and coziness in the midst of nature. From now on, you can spend a weekend, a week, or more, in stylish eco-cottages created on the principles of bioclimatic construction. It is cozy here, smells of wood and feels natural homely warmth, regardless of the season or weather conditions.
Main characteristics of an eco-house:
Number of beds: The rooms have a double bed, so the standard capacity is 2 adults and 1 child (if the child is under 6 years old and sleeps with the parents), which is included in the price (including free access to the pool for 2 adults + 1 child).
Additionally, the room has a sofa bed, which allows for another additional bed for an additional charge of 500 UAH + if using the pool - additional payment for 1 ticket to the pool with a discount of 50%. Thus, the maximum capacity of the room: 2 adults + 2 children (1 child for an additional charge)

- Booking: Advance booking is required. Partial or full prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
