Looking for a place to relax in a house near Kiev? We invite you to enjoy your vacation in our authentic cottage “Dacha Vinoroba” in the picturesque Yasnohorodka ecopark near Kiev. Newly built and shining with novelty – it is ideal for daily rental and even for long-term rental for a regular outdoor vacation with the whole family, offering comfort and coziness among nature. Here you can feel the natural warmth of home, regardless of the season or weather conditions.
Main characteristics:
Number of beds: The rooms have a double bed, so the standard capacity is 2 adults and 1 child (if the child is under 6 years old and sleeps with the parents), which is included in the price (including free access to the pool for 2 adults + 1 child).
Additionally, the room has a sofa bed, which allows for additional sleeping places for an additional charge of 500 UAH per child + if using the pool - additional payment for 1 ticket to the pool with a discount of 50%. Thus, the maximum capacity of the room: 2 adults + 2 children (1 child for an additional charge)

Rental conditions:
- Booking: Advance booking is required. Partial or full prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
- Rules of residence: Smoking is prohibited indoors, accommodation with dogs up to 10 kg is only possible by prior arrangement for an additional fee.

Important information!
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out on the day of departure by 12:00 PM.
On the day of eviction after 12.00 The room key card is automatically blocked and guests will not be able to get to the room on your own.
Until 3:00 PM on the day of check-in and after 12.00 on the day of eviction use swimming pool complex is paid according to standard rates in price lists and are not included in the cost of accommodation, i.e. free access to the pool only during the check-in period – from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure!
