Власна виноробня

Вже більше 15 років ми концентруємо сонце в пляшки. Наше невелике власне виробництво вин в Ясногородці дозволяє вкласти весь досвід, знання і душу нашого винороба в кожну партію прекрасного вина. Всі червоні вина ми витримуємо в дубових бочках не менше одного року, більшість білих робимо в легшій і свіжішій стилістиці. Максимальна продуктивність 15000 пляшок на рік. Всі сорти білого винограду ростуть на нашому власному винограднику під Києвом, а червоні в Одесі. Це Цитронний Магарача, Йоханнітер, Рислінг, Совіньйон блан, Каберне Совіньон, Одеський чорний, Піно нуар, Мерло. Для всіх поціновувачів вина ми пропонуємо замовити винний тур з дегустацією прямо у нас на фермі в нашому новому та просторому винному льосі. Доступні як групові так і приватні дегустації різного формату: лише дегустація, або великий тур з відвідуванням виробництва та виноградників.

Одеське чорне

Делікатне червоне сухе, з домінуючими тонами стиглих фруктів і ягід, зі злегка кавовим післясмаком.

Совіньон Блан
Сухе біле янтарно-жовтого кольору. З ароматом маракуї, агрусу і тонко вираженим цитрусовими тонами. Має приємну свіжість.
