Не зважаючи на те, що в залежносты від сезону сам Сімейний Екопарк Ясногородка може працювати довше, наш зоопарк під Києвом працює 7 днів на тиждень, з 10:00 до 17:00.
В інший час тваринкам треба відпочивати від відвідувачів, а співробітникам доглядати їх.
Sightseeing tours are held here every hour and in any weather, as for the convenience of visitors, wooden flooring is installed along all the enclosures.

Для всіх тварин і птахів ви можете купити збалансований корм, спеціально підібраний для кожного виду. Він продається в касах Екопарку, або в спеціальних зонах на території Зоопарку та Ферми страусів.
The price of one portion is from 30 UAH to 150 UAH, depending on the quantity, composition of the feed, and type of animal.
Наші вихованці дуже чекають гостей і завжди зустрічають відвідувачів з цікавістю. Годувати тварин потрібно обережно, з долоньки і тільки спеціальним кормом, який можна купити в касі Сімейного Екопарку Ясногородка.
